I've refined my premium SW:EAT package to give you the best start with all coaching delivered through my SW:EAT app. I'll guide you through 12 weeks of home workouts (no equipment needed), nutrition coaching and a review of your lifestyle to introduce and build in positive habits, all designed to give your body and mind a tune up, to help you (re)discover your confidence, energy and drive. Please note that this is a do it yourself package and onboarding and check-in calls are not included. You can book 30 minute Coaching Call separately.
